Two SOI papers accepted at ESSCIRC 2013

Two SOI papers have been accepted at the 2013 European Solid-State Circuits Conference (ESSCIRC), to be held on September 16-20 in Bucharest, Romania. Both papers will be presented at the CMOS Image Sensors Session (B6L-F) on Wednesday, September 18:

• "Compact Analog Counting SPAD Pixel with 1.9% PRNU and 530ps Time Gating " by L. Pancheri, E. Panina, G.-F. Dalla Betta, L. Gasparini, D. Stoppa.
• "A 80µW 30fps 104 X 104 All-nMOS Pixels CMOS Imager with 7-Bit PWM ADC for Robust Detection of Relative Intensity Change" by M. Benetti, M. Gottardi, Z. Smilansky.
