Short bio

Enrico Manuzzato was born in Thiene (VI), Italy, in 1991. He received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Trento, Italy, in 2013 and 2016 respectively. During his M.Sc., he focused on radio-frequency (RF) and microwaves studies. He worked on InBand Full-Duplex communication technologies developing a thesis entitled “Digitally-Controlled Electrical Balance Duplexer for Transmitter-Receiver Isolation in Full-Duplex Radio” in collaboration with Tampere University of Technology (Finland) and Intel Wireless Lab (US). From June 2016 he started to work for U-Blox as an RF Design Engineer, in the R&D team. He was responsible for the hardware development of 2G, 3G, 4G, IoT cellular modules. He was in charge of designing, measuring and testing of the radio architecture of the main company’s products.
Since May 2017, he has been working with the IRIS group as a researcher, focusing on the designing and characterization of CMOS-Graphene based imaging sensors.
